Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery:
Unopened items may be returned for store credit or exchange. Opened items returned in good condition with all packaging may be returned for store credit or exchange after the minimum 20% restocking fee.

Within 15 days of delivery:
Unopened items may be returned for store credit, exchange or your money back. Opened items returned in good condition with all packaging may be returned for store credit, exchange or your money back after the minimum 20% restocking fee.

Within 7 days of delivery:
Unopened items may be returned for store credit, exchange or your money back. Opened items returned in good condition with all packaging may be returned for store credit, exchange or your money back after the minimum 20% restocking fee. Items purchased from our specials List may be returned for store credit or exchange.

Damaged or special order items cannot be returned. Items purchased from our specials List (found here) may not be returned for your money back. Shipping costs can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Unopened items returned after the corresponding 30 day period are also subject to a minimum 20% restock fee. Restocking fees can be increased in instances where there is excessive wear & tear, damaged packaging or if the item is over the corresponding return period.

All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please apply for an RA# by calling (801) 486-7090 or contacting us here. Any product returned without an RA# will be assessed a minimum 20% restocking fee. After receiving an RA#, you have up to 7 days to have the item shipped and/or postmarked for return (actual shipping time will not count against your Return Time Period). If your return is not sent out within that period of time, we reserves the right to assess a restocking fee or refuse return of the product. Please write the RA# on the shipping label. (Please do not write on the box). Pack the product in its original packaging with all original contents. Please ship your parcel back to us freight paid. We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Please address returned packages to:

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the product.  All warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty usually covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.
